How long until I'm live?

Setup itself takes minutes through a guided wizard — connect your calendar, set forwarding, configure your assistant, go live. The one timing dependency is carrier registration for business texting, which can take about one to two weeks to approve. We start that the day you sign so the clock runs while everything else gets ready.

Do I have to set it all up myself?

The product is built so you can go live on your own in a few clicks — that's the design goal. But for early clients we include a complimentary one-on-one onboarding call: about five minutes to connect your calendar, set forwarding, confirm everything, and switch you on. The wizard does the work; the call is just there to guarantee a smooth go-live.

When do I actually pay?

A one-time setup fee gets you provisioned and live. The monthly fee is deferred — it doesn't start until you've seen the system book real estimates and you're satisfied it's working. If it isn't recovering jobs, you don't pay the monthly.

Where are you based?

The team is based in India; the entire system runs automatically on US infrastructure and we're on call for you whenever you need us. You don't have to take that on faith — you'll see a working version with your own company's name on it before you commit a dollar. Competence you can see beats anything we could claim.
